Description of Services

Digifi provides blockchain-based services including:

  • Token creation and deployment tools
  • Token rewards distribution systems
  • Smart contract integration features
  • Social and music-related blockchain features
  • API access for developers

Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable law
  • Comply with all local, state, national, and international laws

Account Registration

Creating an Account

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

  • Safeguarding your private keys and passwords
  • All transactions made from your account
  • Any losses resulting from unauthorized access

We will never ask for your private keys or seed phrases.

Blockchain and Cryptocurrency

Wallet Connection

When connecting your cryptocurrency wallet:

  • You maintain full control and custody of your assets
  • We do not store your private keys
  • You are responsible for wallet security
  • Transactions are irreversible once confirmed

Smart Contracts

When interacting with our smart contracts:

  • Immutable: Deployed contracts cannot be modified
  • Public: All transactions are publicly recorded on the blockchain
  • Irreversible: Blockchain transactions cannot be undone
  • No Guarantees: Smart contracts are provided "as is"

Token Creation

When creating tokens through our factory:

  • You are responsible for all created tokens
  • Ownership is automatically renounced after creation
  • Tokens become fully decentralized
  • You cannot mint additional tokens or modify parameters
  • You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws

Fees and Gas Costs

  • Network Fees: You pay all blockchain gas fees
  • Trading Fees: Uniswap V4 charges 1% trading fee
  • Fee Distribution: As specified in the smart contract
  • Non-Refundable: All fees are non-refundable

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use our Services for illegal activities
  • Engage in fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing
  • Create tokens that violate securities laws
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Manipulate markets or engage in pump-and-dump schemes
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Scrape, spider, or crawl our Services
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by Digifi and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of any content you create or tokens you deploy. By using our Services, you grant us a license to:

  • Display and process your content
  • Provide and improve our Services
  • Comply with legal obligations

  • Our Services are for informational purposes only

Blockchain Risks

You acknowledge and accept the risks of blockchain technology, including:

  • Volatility: Cryptocurrency prices can fluctuate dramatically
  • Loss of Funds: You may lose some or all of your assets
  • Smart Contract Bugs: Code may contain vulnerabilities
  • Network Congestion: Transactions may be delayed
  • Regulatory Changes: Laws may change without notice
  • Irreversible Transactions: Cannot be undone

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digifi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
  • Loss of cryptocurrency or tokens
  • Smart contract failures or bugs
  • Unauthorized access to your account
  • Any damages exceeding $100 USD

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digifi from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights
  • Tokens you create or deploy
  • Your blockchain transactions

Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party services including:

  • Blockchain Networks: Base (Coinbase)
  • Wallet Providers: MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.
  • DEXs: Uniswap V4

We are not responsible for third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and conditions.

API Usage

If you use our API:

  • You must comply with rate limits and usage guidelines
  • You may not abuse or overload our systems
  • We may suspend or terminate API access at any time
  • API access may require separate agreements

Privacy

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
